WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the nature of custom orders all items are final sale.
We can not accept returns or exchanges.
We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.
If your item is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS ?
Yes.
Because we try to have orders out the door as soon as possible we will be accepting cancellations up to 4 hours after purchase.
HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS?
We will always do our best to ship all items as soon as we possibly can.
Due to the nature of custom printing, current turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days to custom print and ship your items.
We use Fast USPS Shipping w/ Tracking.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they leave our shop.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information.
If an item shows delivered we are not responsible to ship another item.
PLEASE check with your local post office for further information.
CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM ITEM WITH PICTURES?
Yes. We can add photos to all of our products. Please make sure your picture is bright so that the item looks nice. After placing your order send and E-mail to JANDCCUSTOMS1@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photo/s.
CAN I GET A RUSH ON MY ORDER?
Yes you can. When you are checking out add rush my order to your cart.
